Asette was founded in 2022 as an ADGM Holding company by Leena Vesterinen with a multinational founding team in the UAE and UK.
Asette ME Real Estate LLC is a Dubai and RERA-licensed company.

Founder & CEO
Leena brings a wealth of experience as a product insights and innovation strategist, as well as property investor. Leena is responsible for the oversight of all areas of the business and she is driving Asette’s mission to simplify property investment by aligning the day-to-day work with values such as innovation, transparency, and ownership. Leena holds a Master's degree in Interactive Technology. Before moving to Dubai to join Careem in 2018, she consulted global businesses such as HSBC, Toyota, and Deutsche Bank for insights and user-centric products.
Zayne Nair
Head of Product & Technology
Zayne is an expert in startup growth and product development. As a former Manager at Deloitte Digital Africa, he led digital transformation and agile practices. With product launches across EMEA and SEA, his global insights and leadership drive technological innovation. He has consulted companies such as Careem, Mashreq Bank, and L'oréal Group. At Asette, his role is to innovate with data, keeping property investors at the centre of all experiences we create.
Nimisha Malayamukkil
Market Data Analyst
Nimisha is an experienced Business Data Analyst. Having worked at companies such as Deloitte, Mashreq Bank, and Infosys where she developed a deep knowledge of Business Data Analytics. She is passionate about AI and ML, predictive modeling, data cleaning, and data visualisation. She is experienced in data science programming languages such as Python and Hadoop. At Asette, her role is to work with data and technology to develop data analysis strategies for efficiency and quality.
