It is painstakingly time-consuming, where research, analysis and making a decision could take up to 100 hours over 3 month period. It is often difficult to understand local market dynamics, opportunities, and regulations, to assess the options available to you.
To add to this struggle, it is a major challenge to acquire unbiased and actionable information when there is an overflow of online sources and real estate agents have their interests in mind.
Our ultimate goal is to be at the forefront of digitising property investing for the digitally savvy, global investors.
Asette is established as an ADGM Holding company, operating as Asette ME Real Estate LLC, a Dubai RERA-licensed company.

Founder
Leena brings a wealth of experience as a product insights and innovation strategist, as well as property investor. She drives the Asette’s mission to simplify property investing and she is a strong believer in solid values such as innovation, transparency, and ownership. Leena holds a Master's degree in Interactive Technology. Prior to moving to Dubai, to work at Careem in 2018, she consulted global corporates over 10 years.
